Description

The classic pan bagnat sandwich can easily be turned into a delicious crostini, perfect for a healthy appetizer. 


Ingredients

Scale

1 loaf of French bread
1 can of Bella Portofino tuna (do not drain)
Dijon mustard
2 medium boiled eggs
¼ cup sundried tomatoes, chopped
Handful of arugula
1/2 small red onion, chopped
Fresh basil, julienned


Instructions

  1. The recipe is simple, just layer all of these ingredients on top of a french baguette that has been sliced and lightly toasted. Bon appétit!
