One of my 2019 new year’s resolutions is to make more time for simple and easy luxuries no matter how hectic my day gets.

The Salt-Dusted Caramel Creme flavor is my absolute favorite flavor. It has a hyper-indulgent caramel flavored sauce on the bottom, making it an indulgent night-time treat. I love to curl up by the fire with a book and enjoy this luscious yogurt. It tastes like a decadent dessert!
