As 2018 comes to a close, I’ve been reflecting on my goal to only eat meat from sustainable, transparent farms in the United States. I was able to stick to this goal by subscribing to Grass Roots Farmers’ Cooperative. Here’s a recap of some of the items (and quantities!) I ordered and loved this year.
