Ingredients

2 ripe mangos, diced (about ½ to 3/4 inch pieces)
1/2 medium orange bell pepper, chopped (about 1/2 inch pieces)
½ cup chopped red onion (about 1/2 inch pieces)
¼ cup packed fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
1 large lime, juiced
Zest of half a large lime
¼ teaspoon salt, to taste
Tortilla chips for serving
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a serving bowl and gently stir to combine. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving or refrigerate in an air-tight container for up to 1 day until ready to serve.
