Description
This bubbly cocktail uses gut-healthy kombucha for a fun twist on a classic margarita. Pair with salty chip and salsa for a delicious happy hour treat!
Ingredients
Crushed or whole ice
1 shot of silver tequila,
2 ounces of freshly squeezed lime juice
1 ounce of Cointreau (optional, but delicious!)
1/2 bottle of your favorite Health-Ade Kombucha (I like California Grape)
Salt rimmed glass
Instructions
- Fill a glass with ice. Add 1 shot of silver tequila, 2 ounces of freshly squeezed lime juice, and 1 ounce of Cointreau if using.
- Fill rest of glass with your favorite Health-Ade Kombucha. Stir and enjoy!
Notes
To rim your glass with salt, take a small slice of lime wedge and run around the rim of your glass. Poor salt onto a small plate and dip the rim of your glass into the salt.
